At Jaco Costa Rica Fishing Charters, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent for all guests.

 Free Cancellation Up to 1 Week Before Your Trip

Cancel your reservation 1 week before your scheduled departure and receive a full refund of your deposit.

No-Show Policy

No-shows on the day of the trip are charged the full amount of the charter.

Weather & Safety Cancellations

Your safety is our top priority.
If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule, or

  • Receive a 100% full refund

Changes to Your Reservation

If you need to adjust your date, group size, or trip type, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
